We developed a bespoke set of systems, policies and procedures around Quality Assurance, Compliance, Handover and Customer Care to ensure highest possible quality is achieved.
Our Quality Assurance Team understands that quality starts with the right organisational culture and holds regular Workshops, Tool Box Talks and Lessons Learned sessions to ensure that our quality expectations are communicated, understood and always delivered by the entire project team.
Our Quality Assurance Team operates via a process of physical monitoring of samples leading onto mock ups, prototypes, benchmarks and finally site works and focused inspections based around an eleven point “Quality Hold-point” system that provide a sign-off process at key stages of design and construction stages.
We are a customer oriented organisation. Our Handover and Customer Care Teams are involved with our projects at early stages and own our products. They are responsible for preparing for the handover, moving in and aftercare stages using a state of the art web based Asset Management System currently operated by only one other developer in the entire U.K.
